[P50 Pro Ultra] Washboard filter error

I just recieved my p50 pro ultra. When i went to perform the first clean it keeps asking me to install the washboard filter which is already installed. I then tooknthe filter out made sure it was installed correctly as well as shut off the base power. It is still saying the same thing.

please check whether the magnet on the Washboard is still in place. If the magnet is missing, the robot will show a message indicating that the Washboard is not installed.
