1. General
These Community Guidelines (“
Guidelines”) supplement
and are incorporated by reference into
MOVA’
s Terms of Use.
They set forth standards of acceptable behavior and content for participation in the Forum and related community spaces. By accessing or participating in the Forum, you agree to comply with these Guidelines and the Terms
of Use.MOVA may update these Guidelines from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Forum, and continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
Failure to comply with these Guidelines may result in enforcement actions as determined by MOVA in its sole discretion and in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable law.
2. General Conduct Expectations
All users are expected to:
l Act respectfully and in good faith.
l Engage authentically, and not attempt to manipulate, exploit or circumvent the Forum, systems, or platform features.
l Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and MOVA’s rules and policies.
l Participate fairly in discussions, feedback, and other interactive features.
l Foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
3. Content & Interaction Standards
Users may not:
l Post content that infringes the rights of third parties, violates applicable laws, encourages illegal activity, or circumvents security measures.
l Create, use, share, or publish content that infringes intellectual property or personal rights.
l Include malicious code, viruses, malware, Trojan horses, worms, bombs, corrupted files, or other harmful devices that could compromise the security of systems, services, or users.
l Engage in activities that promote unlawful acts, such as piracy, cracking, or distribution of counterfeit software.
l Post content that is abusive, defamatory, threatening, offensive, sexually explicit, racially or ethnically objectionable, misleading, false, unlawful, or otherwise harmful.
l Share personal, private, or confidential information of others without authorization.
l Plan, carry out, or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive activities.
l Flood the Forum with excessive, meaningless, or off-topic content, or post automated content, spam, or repeatedly disrupt discussions for personal or commercial purposes.
l Spread rumors, unverified information, or speculation about unannounced MOVA products.
l Disrupt, block, overload, slow down, or otherwise interfere with the normal functioning of the Forum, software, or related systems.
l Impersonate others or falsely suggest affiliation with or endorsement by MOVA.
l Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, including discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age.
l Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Forum or manipulate user ratings, votes, or automated interactions.
l Post content that may be deemed inappropriate at MOVA’s sole discretion.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC), Reviews & Evaluations
When submitting UGC, reviews, evaluations, or experience-based content, users must:
l Share honest, genuine opinions based on real experiences.
l Clearly disclose any material connection, incentive, or reward where required by law or Forum rules.
l Avoid false claims, exaggerated performance statements, or misleading comparisons.
5. Commercial Activity & Self-Promotion
Unless expressly permitted, users must:
l Refrain from unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or promotion.
l Avoid posting affiliate links, referral codes, or external sales links.
l Not attempts to divert users to external platforms for commercial purposes.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
To protect community members, users must:
l Not share personal or sensitive information about yourself or others.
l Not collect or misuse information from other users without authorization.
l Respect confidentiality and private communications.
l Users under 18 years old or the minimum age required are not permitted to use the Forum.
