Random pathing across rooms

Bot does not follow room ordering, and visits rooms multiple times during cleaning. 48m^2 takes over 2hrs to clean, and doesn't actually go through all rooms.

Hello,

May we ask which cleaning mode you have selected? In CleanGenius mode, the robot automatically determines the cleaning order of the rooms.

Regarding the situation where the robot visits the same room multiple times during a cleaning session: if Deep Cleaning is enabled in CleanGenius mode, the robot may automatically return to wash the mop and re‑mop the area when it detects that the mop pad is dirty.

In addition, please make sure there are no obstacles blocking the pathways between rooms.

that is unfortunate.  not sure if you tried resetting.
