[S10] Should the brush look like this after one day?

Would this affect the efficacy of the vacuum?

Hello,

The condition of the side brush does affect suction performance.

Under normal circumstances, the side brush shouldn’t fray easily. Combined with the wear on other brushes, it’s likely that the bristles got caught on furniture legs, and when the robot pulled free, it caused the brush to become frayed or “fuzzy.”

If not replaced in time, you may start noticing issues like the side brush failing to pick up debris properly, scattering dirt around, or getting tangled in hair more easily.

We recommend replacing the side brush to restore normal cleaning performance.
