Who’s got rug issues? I have rug issues. We have a rug that has a pattern. Our v50’s hate it. It confuses it completely. It’s so frustrating that mova literally doesn’t care and won’t do anything about it. Hopefully lots of other can say they are having the same issue and force mova to fix this. What’s the point of it can clean rugs mova?!

I haven't had issues with our patterned rug, but it's colourful. Is yours black and white? I know my original robots always had a disclaimer about those type of carpet being tricky for the robots

If your rug is black, it might trigger the robot's cliff sensor, affecting its cleaning performance. Additionally, if your rug is thicker than 2 centimeters, it may be detected as an obstacle by the robot's line laser.
