P10 ultra charging times

Hi, so I am bit confused about charge time with this vacuum. It does the rooms really well but after docking the vacuum will stay in the doc "waiting for tasks" and not charging during the day. My question is, is the system smart enough to charge at night when electricity is at a lower rate or is the vacuum just not charging when it should be. The app does not have the ability to change the charge time. I am in Ontario. Oh and I have opened a ticket with Mova and no one has any idea. It would be good to know.

You can change the time the vacuum charges in the app settings, under 'more functions' and then select the off peak charging.
Otherwise, I would think if the vacuum is properly seated in the doc that it should begin charging after a cleaning session. Is the white light blinking on the base?

In your photo, it actually looks like the robot is charging fine. It has the lightning bolt beside the battery bars and has enough battery you could send it on another job if you wanted.
