Hello,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Regarding the issue of the robot repeatedly docking when charging, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Check if there is any foreign matter or dust on the charging contacts of the robot. Dust can cause repeated docking attempts. Please clean them before use.
Inspect whether the metal shrapnel of the charging contacts is jammed.
Restart the robot, remove it from the charging dock, and attempt to recharge. Listen for the voice prompt "start charging."
Reset the robot. Open the top cover, locate the small reset hole near the Wi-Fi indicator, and press it for 3 seconds until you hear "Start to restore factory settings." Then, restart the robot to see if it operates normally. *Please note that resetting the robot will erase all data, including the maps you have created. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For the noise issue during docking, we recommend sending a video to our after-sales team for further verification and analysis.

Regarding the robot's inability to clean under the sofa, you can consider the following measures: during mapping, the robot's LDS only scans and does not enter low areas. However, during operation, the robot will clean low areas.

The cleaning logic for low areas is that the robot first completes cleaning open areas before entering low areas.
Make sure the radar's automatic lift and drop function is enabled.
If you have selected "Safe Coverage," the main unit will lower the radar to a height of 98mm-135mm to go under furniture. Please ensure your furniture meets this height requirement.
If the clearance under your furniture is between 89.5mm and 98mm, you can choose "Extreme Coverage" to allow the main unit to clean low areas. Be aware that this mode might cause scratches on the robot if there are protrusions or uneven surfaces. Ensure the bottom of the furniture is flat before enabling this function.

If the problem persists, we suggest you provide your device's SN and invoice to our after-sales service for further assistance.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
