Adding another map for the basement

I want to have my robot map another floor but there is no option that I can find for that in the app… the extra floor does not have the vacuum base, and we would move it there by hand. Can someone assist me with directions on how to make that happen?

Dear user, if you need the machine to work on another floor, please move the machine to the corresponding floor and manually select that floor's map for cleaning. (If this is the first time cleaning this area, you need to create a new map. On the robot's homepage, find "Map Management" > "Create Map" > Save).

Note: For products with a base station mop washing function, if you need the main unit to wash the mop, please move the cleaning dock or base station to the same floor as the main unit. If not needed, please turn off the "Automatic Mop Washing" function first. We hope this helps.
