[MOBIUS 60] Customer service support

Im honestly very disappointed in the customer service reponse timing. Like what do we really have to do to get a full attentive customer support to address an issue without having to wait more than 2 business days. I've emailed and chat online and yet to receive any sort of reply back. Loving your products so far but customer service will definitely make me return it

I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks. I’ve been sent a faulty machine. Sent over videos of proof that they approved, all my info for shipping a new machine and crickets. It’s absolutely ridiculous considering the price of these machines.
