One week using and dock is broken :(

The dock now makes a clicking sound and no longer works. Vacuum can’t dock, and the whole thing is no longer working.
I cleaned everything, there’s no debris, I moved it to other outlets, cleaned the sensors… There’s really nothing else I can think of.
This is clearly an issue inside the dock, a bad solenoid or relay, or even the electronics
