Please first check whether the mop pad is installed properly, and set the cleaning strength of mopping mode to Powerful. If no water flows to the mop pad, go to Cleaning Settings on the device homepage and adjust the mop dampness level to Wet.
Meanwhile, switch the suction power to Powerful, then start a new cleaning cycle for testing.
If the problems persist after all the above adjustments, there may be a hardware fault with your unit. Please prepare your purchase receipt and device SN serial number, then contact our after-sales team for assistance. We appreciate your understanding.
