I mean thanks for responding but you’ve over sold its capabilities. I can’t return them now. I’m over 30 days. I’ve had nothing but issues replacements and the customer service is brutal. By brutal I mean it is very hard to get in touch with support. The wait is horrendously long when you do get connected you get disconnected and they’ve all got thick accents very hard to understand on the phone. It’s especially frustrating when I know more about the product than they do. More frustrating when they don’t understand and you end up going around in circles with them on the phone and mostly over email and chat. The support is just so bad. These people must know me by name because I’ve had to call in chat and email soooo much.

As far as the product goes the brushes need cutters plain and simple.

The docks maybe the higher end ones need a system to tell you if they are level or not in order for the bots to dock correctly or there’s major docking issues and serious wear on the drive for the wheels. It damages them when the dock is slightly not level because the bot rolls out of the dock slightly and it can’t change so it keeps readjusting. This should be addressed. Almost a recall situation.
