[P50 Ultra] Brand New Doesn’t Charge

I took my new Mova p50 ultra out of the box tonight and it won’t charge.  I’ve ensured all stickers are removed, plugged it in, unplugged, set it up with the app, reset it up with the app and it won’t charge at all.  The battery was at 16% out of the box and is now down past 4% and keeps turning itself off despite being on the charger.

Regarding the issue of your robot not charging, we kindly suggest the following steps to help you troubleshoot:

- Please check whether the indicator light on the dock is solid white. Also, ensure that both ends of the dock’s power cord are properly connected to confirm that the dock is powered on.

- Check whether the charging contacts between the dock and the robot are making good contact. We recommend powering off the device, cleaning the charging contacts, and adjusting the robot’s position on the dock to ensure proper alignment and connection.

If the issue persists after completing the steps above, we kindly ask you to send the following information to our after-sales service team so we can assist you further:

- The device’s SN number
- Proof of purchase (invoice)
- Any videos or pictures that can demonstrate the issue (if available)
