[P10 Pro Ultra] Charging issues!

My vacuum use to return to the docking station automatically when it needed to charge, it's been dead on the floor without returning to charge and I have to manually put it back in the docking station and re-run the cleaning schedule. Is there anything wrong with the battery? I purchased it about a month ago.

Hello,

For this charging issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check if the base station's plug is loose to ensure the charging dock is powered. Observe whether the indicator light on the base station illuminates normally. If it lights up correctly, the base station is successfully powered.

2. Position the robot 1-2 meters in front of the charging dock and briefly press the return-to-dock button. If it fails to return to charge, contact our after-sales team. If it returns successfully, verify the following:

① Position the charging dock against a wall, ideally with 5cm clearance on either side and no obstacles within 1 meter in front;
② Keep it away from signal interference sources like routers or televisions;
③ Ensure no reflective surfaces (e.g., mirrors, windows) are directly opposite the dock.
3. Check if the robot's drive wheels slip, get stuck, or become trapped during operation.

4. If the above issues are ruled out, restart the robot and attempt cleaning again.

5. When relocating the base station, place the robot on the base station and initiate cleaning tasks from there;

6. If issues persist after restarting, reset the robot, relocate the charging dock to an open area, and run the cleaning task again to verify if the problem is resolved;

Should the issue remain unresolved, we recommend sending the device's SN and invoice to our after-sales team for further troubleshooting solutions.

How do I reset to factory settings?
Exact same issue started happening to me too. Same robot purchased black Friday. It was working fine till about a week or so ago. For the past week it just stops randomly somewhere. Weird thing is when I pick it up and put it back on the dock it still has 15% battery. There is no notification on the app to tell me what went wrong if it ran out of battery or what. Robot stop in the middle too meaning it's not stuck anywhere. Dock/base station however doesn't have a light on it until I put the robot back in manually that's when the dock lights up.
I just reset the map today in the hopes it will fix but nope it still randomly goes offline
Noticed the same thing with my p10 pro ultra just last week... Tried deleting it from the app and adding it back, but same thing, will just stop wherever it is at around 15% without going back to the dock, and the vacuum will show up as offline in the app... Has anyone been able to fix this issue?
Having the exact same issue.  Anyone figure out what the issue was?
I have the same exact issue too… really frustrating only 4 months old
