[P10 Ultra] The base shut down during a cleaning task

When the robot is doing a cleaning task, the base is shutting down
So when it wants to return tothe base for charging, it cannot find its way home. What can I do??
I have done the update of the firmware.

Currently, when that happens, I need to unplog the base, plog it again and press the home button on the robot

Hello, regarding the issue where the robot cannot find the base station, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:

Please check whether the charger plug is loose and make sure the charging dock/base station is properly powered on.

Place the robot 1–2 meters in front of the charging dock/base station and briefly press the Home/Dock button on the robot.

If the robot still cannot return to the dock/base station, please contact our after‑sales team for further assistance.

If the robot is able to return to the dock/base station, please follow the instructions below:
① Ensure the charging dock/base station is placed against a wall. We recommend placing it in a more open area with no obstacles within 1.5 m in front and 0.5 m on both sides.
② Keep the base station away from signal interference, such as routers, TVs, etc.
③ Ensure there are no reflective surfaces (mirrors, windows, glass) facing the dock.

During cleaning, please ensure the robot starts from the charging dock/base station, and check whether the LDS laser sensor on top rotates normally.

Check whether the robot’s main wheels are slipping, stuck, or obstructed during cleaning. Also inspect whether the base station extension plate is dirty or has debris. If so, clean it in time to prevent the robot from getting stuck.

If the above causes have been ruled out, please restart the robot and try cleaning again.

Open the robot’s upper cover, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to reset the device. Then move the base to an open area and try again.
Please note: Resetting the robot will erase all data, including saved maps. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If the charging dock/base station has been moved, please place the robot onto the dock and start cleaning from the dock again.

If the issue persists, we recommend sending your device’s SN number and purchase invoice to our after‑sales team for further analysis and support.

I have this robot only 4 months and used a few times, now the battery seems draining too fast, the robot dead in place at battery level of 25% ish,  did not go back to base to recharge before dead. Also, it did not complete cleaning of a room. Can you please confirm if it is the battery issue? What will be the solution?

2. Make sure you start cleaning with a full 100% charge. 3. Ensure the robot returns to the dock properly after each job to fully recharge.

1. If you’re using Turbo / Max suction mode, power consumption will be higher and battery life shorter, which is normal.
