I received my MOVA V50 yesterday and got it set up right away. The whole setup looks really clean in person. The dock has a simple design that fits in nicely without standing out too much, and the robot itself looks sleek without feeling bulky sitting out in the room.
One feature that stood out to me right away is the mop setup. In the second photo, the mop pads aren’t attached because the V50 can automatically leave them at the dock when they’re not needed. I already like that feature because it feels a lot more practical than having the mop pads on all the time, especially for vacuum-only cleaning. It’s a small detail, but it’s one of the first things that made the design feel well thought out.
Another thing I noticed pretty quickly is the noise level. You can see in the first photo that I have tile flooring, and on that surface it seems noticeably quieter than other robot vacuums I’ve had in the past. That was something I was curious about, so it was nice to notice right away.
Day 1 verdict: really solid start. It looks well built, the dock looks clean, the automatic mop pad removal is a smart touch, and the lower noise on tile was a pleasant surprise.
Disclosure: I received the MOVA V50 through the MOVA Get & Create program. #sponsored
