[V50 Ultra Complete] How about the mopping?

If you have young kids, you know messes are just part of the equation. That’s where our Mova V50 Ultra Complete is coming in handy. Not only does the robot vacuum pick up all of their spilled cheerios and debris from craft time (why did we get them glitter?), but it’s a beast at tackling sticky messes too.
Take this trial I made for the vacuum of spilled ketchup and maple syrup. I spread a generous coating of each onto the floor (much to the bewilderment of my husband), and let it soak in. Look at how well our vacuum did in just a couple passes to clean up the mess!
Next up was testing dried on stains. I really smeared in some jam and left a fan nearby to dry the area really well and then, once set, let Mova do its thing. The vacuum made a valiant effort, but did leave some of the mess behind. It would require more passes to get the mess completely lifted. I should note that these initial tests were on standard mop settings.
I later realized that there was a “deep clean” setting in CleanGenius for mopping which can identify heavily soiled areas and use more water and more intensive cleaning in the afflicted area. So, naturally, I had to try this out! The last 2 photos are before and after on “deep clean” on some dried mud and jam stains I spread out on our old/difficult to clean, beat up hardwood. The vacuum did a pretty good job.
I’d be spending time on my hands and knees with hot water to get these sort of stains off before Mova came into my life, but having the vacuum set to run daily keeps my floors in tip top shape and prevents these hard to clean stains in the first place.
