[V50 Ultra Complete] Couldn't be perfect.

Being as honest as I can, and wanting to share any issues that arise, I have had one…..nothing is perfect in this world, and this is no exception.
The Duo Brush system that this utilizes, I am finding to be very good at picking up the fur from our 3 cats.  It channels it to the one side of the rollers to be sucked into the dust bin.  The one thing I encountered when I sent the unit out on its cleaning after I purposely left it for a week to really see its capability is that the hair it picked up seemed to just form a ball and rather than get sucked into the dust bin, it would block the port.  Granted this was me just testing the effectiveness of the once-a-week cleaning.  I have since then set my schedule to Vacuum on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and Mop only on Tuesdays and then on Saturdays a custom Vac and Mop, this has not been an issue since.  So, if you have pets, it might be best to set a schedule for more frequent cleanings.

Hello,

There are some limitations when the base station empties fluffy or clumped hair. We recommend checking if the exhaust of the dustbin is blocked by hair.

Fluffy or clumped hair is not easily sucked in and may affect the operation of the fan. Please clean it manually.

Additionally, we suggest increasing the cleaning frequency and the number of automatic emptying cycles to minimize dust accumulation.

Not complaining at all really, it was me that left it unused for a week.  After I set my schedule, it has been flawless in our house.  I love it.  In fact, I sold my Dreame X30 Ultra and got a Mova P50 Pro Ultra for our downstairs.
