After having the Mova V50 Ultra Complete for almost a month, I am ready to summarize my thoughts.
The V50 is a powerhouse that has been a massive help with my three kids and even more cats. With 24,000 Pa suction, cleaning carpets is no issue; pet dander and crumbs stand no chance! Robot vacuums excel when they are low-maintenance, and the V50 is no different—the TroboWave DuoBrush consistently stays tangle-free. The base station is also worthy of praise, using 80°C hot water to clean the mop pads, while the 3.2L dust bag ensures up to 90 days of interruption-free cleaning.
Navigation was a little rocky initially, but after recent updates, the vacuum no longer gets lost on its way back to the dock. Occasionally a mop pad will pop off during cleaning, but it’s always in the same spot, hinting that it’s an issue with my specific layout rather than the vacuum itself.
Gone are the days when you’d start the vacuum before leaving and return home to find it had knocked over items or smeared animal messes. Object avoidance remains a leading feature here; the toys the kids leave behind are no problem anymore.
Efficiency is surprisingly strong for such a high-powered machine. Cleaning 500 sq. ft. leaves about half the battery remaining, leaving plenty of juice for extra tasks.
Verdict: Bravo to Mova for knocking it out of the park. Having owned two others, I can say this is easily their best vacuum yet. My only critique? Please make one that picks up my children's toys and cleans the crayon markings off the baseboards!
