In the interest of full transparency I must report an issue I’m facing with the Get & Create program…
I received my unit on the 13th of April, I then promptly completed all required video and photo posts.
On the 3rd of May (10 days before the end of my task period) MOVA levied a charge of $899.00 against my credit card…
I assumed this was a simple mistake and that it would be rectified by customer service, instead I am now being told that the charge was accidental… but MOVA refused to refund me until after the 30 days has passed.
I really don’t appreciate my payment being held hostage even after it was admitted that this charge was incorrect.
Beware, it seems you must abide by the contract stated in the rules of the “Get & Create” program, but MOVA can just choose to not and charge you anyways.
Please see my posts for proof that the 3 video posts and 5 photo posts had been completed.
I really hope MOVA keeps their word and refunds me after the 30 days… Will update.
UPDATE: MOVA kept true to their word and have fully refunded the erroneous charge.
Hey, I just want to let you know that this also happened to me. I received mine on April 10th, and so my 30th day mark should be tomorrow, May 10th.
I followed up with them and confirmed my user ID.
I did get my full refund on May 8th
Happy to know I was successful in meeting their rules! I would just say, a little patience and I am sure they will honour it

I hope my situation is the same. Put lots of time and effort into meeting all of the requirements.
