For my fourth post, I'd like to talk about the Mova V50 Ultra Complete's vacuuming abilities. I'II just refer to the robot as the V50. I was sent a V50 by Mova to test and review as part of their
"Get & Create" program. Mova has not told me what to say and I intend to give my open and honest feedback throughout the series of reviews.
The first thing I noticed when I ran the V50 was how quiet it was when vacuuming. The suction settings are able to be changed in the app but I started off with the default "standard" setting.
It is noticeably quieter and "smoother" sounding than my P10 Pro Ultra and my Shark IQ.
When the V50 detects carpet it automatically increases the suction power to deep clean carpets. The higher the suction power the louder it gets but it's not overpoweringly loud.
Our house has mostly hardwood/LVP with a few rugs. The V50 does a perfect job at sucking up all the cat hair and dust from the entire house. The extending arm side brush effectively activates and the right times to get dust out of corners and pushes it into the suction of the robot.
The V50 has dual brushes and seems to do a better job at pulling the sand and dirt out of our entry way mat than my other 2 robots.
Overall I have no complaints about the vacuuming abilities of the V50. It does a great job on the hard floors and the rugs.
Funny, my experience has been the complete opposite. I have both the P10 Pro Ultra and the V50, and I actually find the V50 quite a bit louder when vacuuming. It still cleans great, but noise-wise the P10 seems quieter in my home.
