[P10 Pro Ultra] Needs to empty vacuum storage WAY kore often that the Maximum setting

I have a 15 month old Border Collie X Golden Retriever and she sheds a lot. Even with the vacuuming emptying frequency set as high as it goes the vacuum still is over filled by time it goes for fhe 1st emptying and because of that it hasn't been picking up dirt/fur and the base station can't empty it because it is too full. I ha e fo remove the vacuum storage bin and empty it by hand.

You need to let people set a higher rate of emptying, especially since you advertise that these pick up pet fur.

We understand your situation. With heavy pet‑hair shedding, even with auto‑empty frequency set to maximum in App, the robot’s onboard dust bin fills up before returning to base. This leads to weaker suction and failed auto‑empty, forcing you to take out and empty the bin manually. We fully understand the inconvenience.
Large amounts of pet hair fill the robot‑on‑board bin rapidly under such conditions. Please try these tips:
Increase your maintenance frequency: regularly clear tangled pet hair from main brush, side brushes and dust‑bin filter to prevent filter clogging and suction drop‑off.
Check all dust‑passage openings for blockages. Replace dust bag in time when nearly full, or use the “Empty Now” function actively. If dirt inside robot bin cannot be sucked away by base after long‑time use, please clean it manually. (Tip: Make sure components are fully dry before reinstallation.)
Your suggestion for extra higher auto‑empty settings has been passed to our product team for evaluation. We hope to include this improvement in future firmware updates.
