Cuts the edges very low

Hi,I bought this MOVA lidar ultra 2000 just a few weeks ago. Although I'm overalls so happy from my purchase, but I have some issues that you may have solution for them.
1) it cuts the edges very lower than other zones. Not only the grass is so short, it remains mulch on the edges, which is not beautiful.
2) the map editing in the map is not very convenient. I repeated some modifications few times to be successful and every time you have to walk behind the robot around your yard.
3) i'd like if it had options in the mapping app to define the street edges so it could cut the grass safely without entering the street. Without that option, I had to keep a safe margin from the street and it leaves a wide row uncut

Regarding your first question, please note that the 3 cm setting is not only a safety requirement but also determined by the current mechanical structure, so this height cannot be adjusted. You can turn on the Ultra Trim function afterwards. Once enabled, the robot will no longer trim the lawn edges, and you can let the edge grass recover by adjusting the mowing frequency.
As for the second point, map editing does not support fine‑tuning the outline, but you can merge and expand separate zones. You need to walk behind the robot for two reasons: first, to keep the robot within your sight so you can stop it promptly if anything goes wrong; second, map adjustments rely on the Bluetooth connection.

For mine, I have the same thing where it needs to go beside the street to mow. As an additional safety net, I put no go zones along the curb. For edging, the mow height is often too short for most lawns due to safety requirements. Your best bet is to use a string trimmer along the edges or to line the edges with mulch as a buffer zone if you don’t want to use a string trimmer.
