Thank you for your feedback. We understand you're experiencing an issue where the firmware update for your Pet Feeder (PF10 Pro) appears successful, but the version number doesn't change and the update prompt remains.
To troubleshoot this, please try the following steps:
- Open the Mova Home App.
- Go to “Me” → “Settings” (gear icon in the top right corner) → “General” → “Clear Cache”.
- After clearing the cache, fully close and restart the app, then check if the firmware version has updated correctly.
If the issue persists, we recommend contacting customer support with the following information:
- A screenshot of the firmware update screen;
- The device’s SN number (found on the bottom of the feeder or packaging);
- A copy of your purchase invoice or order confirmation.
This will help us provide you with a more accurate and timely solution.
