The MOBIUS 60 supports a maximum suction power of up to 30,000Pa. We recommend trying to increase the suction level in the app to enhance cleaning performance.
If the cleaning result is still not satisfactory after adjusting the suction, we kindly suggest sending the following information to our customer service team. This will help our support and technical teams analyze the issue more effectively and provide you with better assistance:
- Photos showing the issue (as attached in your post), or a short video of the robot operating near the edge of the mat
- The device’s serial number (SN) and proof of purchase
