For issues with the device failing to power on or charge, please refer to the following information:
Ensure both ends of the charging dock and base station power cables are connected to a power source. If the robot fails to charge, adjust its docking position.
You may try disconnecting the base station from power first, then cleaning the charging contacts.
If the robot's buttons are unresponsive, open the top cover and press the system reset button (Reset button). The robot will automatically restart.
Note: Resetting the system will clear the robot's existing scheduled cleaning settings, cleaning mode configurations, and reset Wi-Fi connection settings.
If the issue persists, we kindly recommend sending the device's serial number and invoice to our after-sales team for further troubleshooting.
