Regarding the issue of the mop remaining dry during floor cleaning, please verify whether the base station is dispensing water during mop washing. If water is not dispensed while the base station performs the mop washing task, check if the clean water tank is installed correctly and whether any related error alerts appear in the app.
If no abnormalities are found in the above factors, we recommend sending the device's SN, invoice, and any relevant videos (if available) to our after-sales team to obtain further troubleshooting solutions.
