[P10 Pro Ultra Gen2] Problems with gen2

Is anyone else having issues with their Gen 2? I have the Mova P10 Pro Ultra and absolutely love it — I’ve had zero problems with it. Because of that, we decided to buy a second one for the other floor of our house, but this one has been nothing but trouble.

It doesn’t recognize cords on the floor and gets tangled in them daily. And to make matters worse, the very first night we ran it, our puppy had an accident that we didn’t see. The vacuum went right over it and smeared poop everywhere in the house. It was an absolute disaster.

If I had bought the Gen 2 first, I never would have purchased another one — this one would’ve been returned immediately.

The robot’s laser sensor may be affected by factors such as ambient lighting or objects placed on the floor, which can occasionally lead to cord tangling or failure to avoid certain obstacles in time.
