One of the main reasons the Mova V50 Ultra Complete had my interest was its unique StepMaster system. Our house is very old and over the years there's been numerous renovations, additions and other changes that have really left the house with a mishmash of flooring...and lots of thresholds to navigate.
We have so many different levels and thresholds throughout our house, that we would have needed 8 different robot vacuums before to have our house cleaned in its entirety without moving them to and fro!
While we do have two single steps (and a full flight of stairs) that the V50 can't navigate, the vacuum can otherwise handle the vast majority of our house without needing to be manually moved. This is lightyears ahead of any robot vacuum we've tried yet! While I am optimistic that one day in the near future our single full size steps will be able to be tackled without a ramp, I am very happy with the capabilities of this model. Our house is certainly unique and one of the larger challenges I think a vacuum could face, so we are incredibly happy with its performance so far.
