[P10 Pro Ultra] one mop is not turning amymore

One mop is not turning, say's to check for some dust or other stuff, i even change the mop to other side(serpilere) i did a factory not working been 10
Months i use it

Sounds like a possible issue with one of the motors, or a gear may be stuck. Have you checked around where the mop mounts to the bottom of the robot? Make sure there is no hair tangled around it. Otherwise contact customer support, for warranty.

Regarding the issue you mentioned about the mop not spinning, we suggest you check the following:

1. Please check if the main unit is cleaning in a carpeted area. Excessive friction between the mop and the carpet may cause the mop disc to stop spinning. Please move it to a non-carpeted area and start it.

2. Please check if the mop disc is tangled with any lint or other objects. Please remove them before continuing cleaning.

3. If the robot mop doesn't spin in an empty area during robot mopping mode, check if anything is stuck on the robot's chassis. Wipe the ultrasonic sensor and reinstall the mop.
