Regarding the abnormal noise issue with your device, we recommend following the steps below to troubleshoot:
Please remove the side brush, roller brush cover, roller brush, or mop plate from the bottom of the machine, then start the machine and observe.
If the working noise returns to normal:
1.First install the side brush and start the machine. If abnormal noise occurs during operation, check whether the side brush is deformed.
2.If the machine runs normally after installing the side brush: the rubber strip on the roller brush cover of a new machine may produce friction when moving against the floor. You may use it a few more times and observe.
3.If abnormal noise occurs after installing the roller brush, remove it and check for tangled debris around both ends. Make sure the cover is securely locked on all sides when reinstalling.
If the working noise remains abnormal:
1.Turn off the machine, press down both drive wheels and slide them to check if they rotate smoothly and rebound properly after releasing. Clean them thoroughly.
2.Rotate the front caster wheel to check for smooth movement. Clean it if it is stuck.
3.If you have washed the filter components, please make sure they are completely dry before use. Wet filters may cause abnormal noise during operation.
