These photos show the results of the vacuum’s overnight run. If you saw the video I posted earlier, you already know how useful I find having the floors cleaned after everyone’s gone to bed. It was actually my wife’s idea to get the vacuum, and it genuinely makes me feel like I’m living in the future, which says something considering I work in tech.
In these shots you can see crumbs left over from baby’s dinner and dog hair that usually collects on our entrance rug. Seeing the difference the next morning really sold me on running it overnight. Even with objects around and different floor types, it still manages to get the job done.
One night I was sick and slept on the couch so I didn’t pass anything along, and the vacuum actually startled me when it started up. Now, if I’m up late grabbing water or using the bathroom, seeing and hearing it quietly working away is kind of comforting. Keep grinding, little dude.
