Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your P10 Pro Ultra. We’re here to help guide you through some troubleshooting steps, and for persistent issues, reaching out to after-sales support might be necessary. Here’s what you can try:

For issues with returning to the dock:

Check the Power Connection: Ensure the plug is secure and the charging base is powered on.
Manual Docking Test: Place the robot 1-2 meters in front of the charging base and short press the recharge button. If it cannot dock, please contact our support team for further assistance. If it can dock, verify the following:
The charging station should be placed against a wall, with about 5 cm clearance on both sides and no obstacles within 1.5 meters in front.
Keep it away from signal interference, such as routers and TVs.
Ensure there are no reflective surfaces on the opposite side, like mirrors or windows.
Sensor Functionality: Confirm that the robot operates from the charging stand and that the LDS laser sensor on top rotates normally.
Wheel Movement: Check if the robot's driving wheels slip, get stuck, or are obstructed during operation.
Restart and Retry: If none of the above issues are present, restart the robot and attempt cleaning again.
Moving the Base Station: If you change the location of the base station, place the robot on it before starting a new cleaning cycle.
Persistent Issues: If problems persist after restarting, try resetting the robot, moving the charging base to an open location, and retesting the cleaning functions.

For issues with self-emptying:

Ensure Proper Setup: The dust cover should be in place, and the dust bag properly installed when the base station performs dust collection.
Check Dust Bag: If the dust bag is full, replace it and try collecting dust again.
Inspect Ports: Make sure the dust collection ports on the robot, base station, and dust box are not blocked. Clean them before attempting dust collection.
App Settings: Ensure the dust collection button in the app is turned on. If the robot is in 'Do Not Disturb' mode, this will prevent dust collection. Turn off or adjust the Do Not Disturb settings.
Clean Contacts: Check if the charging electrode window is dirty; clean it with a dry tissue before retrying.
High-Frequency Dust Collection: If there is a lot of dust, consider setting the robot for more frequent dust collection.
