[Z60 Ultra Complete] Roller mop stopped or stuck

Hi,

My Z60 Ultra Roller Complete has been acting up. It speaks out the malfunction “ roller mop stopped or stuck”. So I have cleaned that whole compartment thoroughly , but it is still saying the same error. When I switch to vacuuming function only, the error “mop cover error” occurs.

I have cleaned it all multiple times but this does nothing. I’m starting to think it is a sensor malfunction.

Hi there,
This error about the stuck roller mop cover usually happens when dirt and grime build up over time after long-term use. The roller cover on your unit is fully detachable for easy cleaning, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1.Refer to the disassembly diagram at the bottom of the robot. Slide out the orange lock buckle on the right side of the roller compartment. Grab the two side handles of the roller cover and pull it straight out.
2.Thoroughly wash all crevices and gaps on the roller cover with cleaning tools. Once fully cleaned, reinstall the cover and slide the lock buckle back into the locked position.
3.If you don’t have any carpets at home, you can also remove and store the roller cover separately without it.
4.If the error still pops up after cleaning and reinstalling, please reach out to our customer care team for further after-sales support.

Hi, as mentioned I cleaned this multiple times. Didn’t help. I think the mop motor is clogged with debris, but I cannot reach that part without dismantling the device. And it’s still in warranty so I’m definitely not doing that.

The “mop cover error” keeps coming back. I hear the cover constantly opening and closing. Everything has been cleaned so that is not the problem.
