Mopping function not working

I noticed recently that my vacuum only vacuums, but doesn't mop, despite confirming in the options that mopping is selected. I have cleaned all the cameras and made sure there is nothing clogging the water- both in the vacuum and the clean water basin. I cleaned them all again and did a test run. As soon as the vacuum leaves the dock, it says mopping is complete and goes back to the dock. I can hear the water jets clean the mop pads both before and after the "clean"
