Sharing device

I have shared the device on the app with my wife, but it still says pending on my wife’s app. I have made sure the region is the same. Is there anything else that needs to be done??

To make sure the device sharing works smoothly, please check that your robot is connected to the Wi-Fi network and that your wife has signed up in the app. Once the sharing is successful, she should receive a notification in her account.

After she accepts the sharing request, both you and your family can control the robot via the app.
