[V50 Ultra Complete] Detergent and mip installation

1. DETERGENT
Every since i purchased the vacuum and been using it, i realized the detergent is not adding when mopping, everything looks good on the app and installed properly but still not adding to water to mop.
2. MOP INSTALLATION
Whenever the mop detach to vacuum and hoes bavk to install to mop, it keeps saying mop installation failed and i have to always manually put them in

Hello, regarding the issues with the detergent container and mop installation, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

For Detergent Dispensing:

Please remove the dual-container module, and check if the pump electrodes and the pump's liquid outlet are clean. If you find any debris, gently wipe it with a dry cloth, and then reinstall the dual-container module back into the base station. Ensure that the module is firmly installed at the bottom.

For Detergent Usage:

Each cleaning with the floor cleaner and deodorizing cleaner consumes approximately 1.33mL.
After about 100 mop cleanings, approximately one-third of Container A (133mL) is consumed.
After about 50 mop cleanings, approximately one-third of Container B (67mL) is consumed.

For Mop Installation:

Please inspect the base station's cleaning tray for any foreign objects. If found, remove all debris and thoroughly wipe the cleaning tray. Then, restart the robot and manually reinstall the mop pad holder.

If the problem persists, we suggest sending the device's serial number (SN) and invoice to our after-sales team for further assistance.
